Ltd. seeks motivated, professional individuals with strong client service experience suitable for engaging with an active client base.
The ideal candidate will have good mathematical and technical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot and explain complex topics, and the capacity to identify opportunities for technological improvements.Resolve routine and complex client service issues promptly and thoroughly, using sound judgment and maintaining courtesy.Handle client inquiries related to:Operability of IBKR Trader Workstation, Web Trader, and Mobile Trader platforms, including trading modules and analytical tools; cash deposit and withdrawal activities; position transfers; and account administrative functions.Product availability and attributes; exchange, clearing, and depository functions; order types and routing logic; order status, trade and delivery settlement, exercise & assignment, expiration processing, and corporate actions.Margin calculations, commission structures, interest, and fees.Coordinate with local and international Client Service divisions and interact with external departments such as Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance.
Contribute to the development of client service systems, policies, and procedures.QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills for handling inquiries via phone, email, or online chat.Experience in a fast-paced client service environment is essential; financial services experience is a plus but not mandatory.A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred but not required.Financial services experience (e.g., brokerage, banking, trading, exchange, or clearinghouse) is advantageous but not necessary.Understanding of financial instruments such as stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange, and fixed income is preferred.Knowledge of exchange operations, regulations, product offerings, execution platforms, and margin methodologies is beneficial.Registrations: FINRA Series 7, 63, or the ability to obtain these licenses.Multilingual skills are a plus.Company Benefits & PerksModern offices with multi-monitor setups.Private medical insurance coverage.Exposure to global financial products, markets, and clients.Opportunities for career growth and increased responsibilities within a growing global company.
