Overview
We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Producer to join our fast-paced production team and help bring standout video content to life for some of Australia's most recognisable brands.
This is a hands-on, mid-level role focused on keeping projects running smoothly — from pre-production through to final delivery.
You'll work closely with our General Manager and Creative Solutions Team and collaborate with our in-house editors, field crew and animators to manage a wide range of projects, including TVCs, social campaigns, case studies, testimonials, animation and more.
This role is all about great organisation, clear communication, and keeping the wheels turning.
You'll be the calm, professional presence that clients and internal teams rely on — coordinating timelines, managing budgets, briefing crew, and ensuring every deliverable hits the mark.
What you'll be doing:
No two days will be the same in this fast-paced role.
As a Producer, you'll be the engine room of production — managing logistics, timelines, and communication across a wide range of projects.
You'll collaborate closely with editors, field crew, animators, and clients to keep everything running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include (but not be limited to):
Managing multiple projects at once — coordinating schedules, budgets, timelines, and resources across pre-production, production and post
Serving as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and a positive client experience
Supporting the General Manager in shaping project timelines, production schedules, run sheets and post-production briefs
Organising logistics including locations, freelance crew, catering, permits, and equipment
Briefing and supporting the field crew and attending shoots in a coordination or on-set producer capacity when needed
Working closely with editors and post-production to ensure feedback is actioned, brand guidelines are met, and final outputs are polished and on-brief
Creating and managing production budgets, tracking actuals, and ensuring work is delivered within scope
Quality checking edits before delivery, ensuring client feedback has been addressed and the work meets our standards
Using project management tools (ClickUp) to maintain visibility and documentation across all stages of production
Contributing to team meetings, production pod planning, and process improvements
Supporting your pod with clear communication and occasional administrative tasks to help keep the team on track
Maintaining a calm, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude — especially when challenges arise
Why you'll love this role:
Be part of a supportive, collaborative production pod where no two days are the same
Work on a wide variety of projects — from social content and case studies to animation, testimonials, and TVCs
Be surrounded by producers, editors, directors, animators, and creatives who genuinely love what they do
Enjoy hybrid working with three days in the office each week, in a genuinely supportive culture
Celebrate your birthday with a paid day off every year
Access a range of personal and professional development opportunities — including R&D days, creative grants, and mentorship programs
Be part of a company that prioritises mental health and wellbeing, with resources and support available year-round
Get involved in our social events, team activities, and regular charity initiatives
We're looking for someone who:
Has 3+ years of experience in video production, ideally in a fast-paced or corporate setting
Has a strong understanding of pre-production workflows — including casting, prop sourcing, permits, and location scouting
Is confident working directly with clients and coordinating crews on set
Brings excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a calm, proactive mindset when things get busy
Communicates clearly — both in writing and on the phone — with internal teams, clients, and freelancers
Understands that every project (big or small) deserves attention to detail, care and creative thinking
Works well independently but thrives as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team
Is comfortable reviewing edits and giving clear, constructive feedback to post-production teams
