Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with electrical and gas catering equipment, performing maintenance and repairs.
* Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with our Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
* Technical knowledge and understanding of commercial kitchen equipment (or similar) would be advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
* Current driver's license and proficiency with computers are essential.
Licensing Requirements:
* Electrical Worker license – REL acceptable.
* Full Gas Fitting or Restricted license - Type A Gas Appliances (advantageous)
* Current Driver's License.
Experience:
* Proficiency with computers is required.
* Specific training will be provided for other aspects of the role.
