About the Role
This is a growth role focused on winning new business Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula region
You will identify holiday property owners, build relationships with real estate agents, developers and local referral partners, and convert opportunities into signed management agreements.
Success in this role comes from a combination of networking, prospecting and closing deals. The best candidates will enjoy building strong relationships in the local market while also having the drive to pursue opportunities and turn them into new business.
You will have the autonomy to manage your territory, build your own pipeline and grow the region, supported by a national brand, strong marketing and an experienced operations team.
A strong local network in Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula region will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new holiday rental properties across Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula region
• Build strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, investors and local businesses
• Generate opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive prospecting
• Present the Weekenda holiday rental model to property owners and investors
• Conduct property appraisals using data-driven pricing tools and market insights
• Negotiate and close Management Agreements
• Maintain an active pipeline in Zoho CRM
• Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new owners
Skills & Experience
• Experience in sales, business development or relationship-driven roles
• A natural hunter who enjoys winning new business
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with property owners and partners
• Highly organised with strong self-management
• Current VIC driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales or business development experience required
Real estate experience is helpful but not essential. We are more interested in people who are commercially minded, proactive and confident in closing deals.
