Inside Sales Executive – B2B Location: Smithfield, NSW Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 Super The Company Our client is a fast growing, customer focused business operating within the direct to consumer and retail space, with a strong presence across Australia. With a strong focus on customer engagement, retention, and commercial performance, they are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join their Sydney team and play a key role in driving revenue across both B2B channels. The Role This is a telesales role, managing B2B retail portfolio, with all engagement conducted over the phone. Managing outbound telesales across a portfolio of retail customers Driving orders and ongoing engagement with retail partners Acting as the primary contact for accounts Maintaining consistent call activity to drive sales outcomes Strengthening relationships and identifying growth opportunities within accounts General Responsibilities Using customer insights and data to tailor sales conversations Maintaining accurate CRM records, call notes, and follow ups Applying structured follow up processes and call back schedules Identifying customer issues and coordinating with Customer Service teams for resolution Collaborating with internal teams to support overall customer experience Contributing to a high performance, target driven sales environment The Candidate The successful candidate will demonstrate: Previous experience in outbound telesales, inside sales, or contact centre sales Experience managing either B2C or B2B customers both highly regarded Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong phone based communication, objection handling, and closing skills Experience working in high volume call environments Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong customer relationships Strong organisational and time management skills Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines A resilient, proactive, and results driven mindset Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Benefits Competitive base salary with performance based incentives Flexible hybrid working: 3 days in office 2 days from home Onsite parking and convenient Sydney location Opportunity to join a growing and dynamic business Career development and progression opportunities This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a phone based environment and is looking to broaden their experience across both consumer and retail channels, while making a direct impact on revenue growth.
