Job Title: Executive Support Officer
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced executive support professional to join our team.
Job Description
* Provide high-level administrative, organisational and scheduling structure and support to the Executive and Lead Team.
* Prepare, manage and administer day-to-day activities for the CFO and / Executive, this may include; travel arrangements, invoicing, purchase orders and stationary.
* Assist and coordinate Ministerial correspondence, Board and Executive and associated Committee papers across the Group in an accurate and timely manner.
* Establish Executive correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with direction.
* Liaise with external and internal stakeholders and Committees to organise meetings and ad-hoc projects from the Group while building and sustaining successful relationships on behalf of the Chief Financial Officer / General Manager.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in executive support and administration within a large organisation.
* Advanced knowledge of governance protocols, including preparation, coordination, and distribution of Board, Executive, and Committee meeting papers.
* Executive-level diary and schedule management skills.
* Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
