Job Description
MPC Kinetic's Well Servicing business provides well servicing solutions to Australia's onshore oil and gas sector, utilising some of the world's most innovative, purpose-designed, truck-mounted service rigs.
To be successful in this role, you must be self‐motivated and able to show initiative. You MUST have a minimum of 10 years drilling or completions experience with approximately 5 years supervisory experience. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Identify, and drive process and equipment improvements across MPK to improve team performance and reduce wastage of resources or time.
* Develop and coach Rig Managers / crew members on people and equipment handling, assuring that documentation processes and maintenance planning is conducted effectively to ensure compliance and reduce NPT.
* Create and maintain strong relationships and clear lines of communication with key stakeholders, potential clients and existing clients.
* Assure that the legislative requirements and permits are valid and in date.
* Ensure that all new equipment builds are planned effectively, and project controls are effective and utilized fully.
* Ensure that the highest standards of health, safety & environmental management are implemented.
* Monitor and report on rigs and subcontracted equipment / personnel performance.
* Monitor equipment work for compliance with engineering drawings, design specifications, owner's standards & statutory regulations.
* Monday to Friday roster available for locals or alternatively a 14/14 roster.

* Diploma in Well Servicing Operations including well servicing operations certification II, III, & IV
* IWCF Well Control Level 4 Supervisor
* Industry Safety Induction (ISI)
* PMASUP236B Operate Vehicles in the field
* AHCBIO201 Inspect and Clean Machinery for plant, animal, and soil material
* Provide First Aid with cardiopulmonary resuscitation
* PUAWER008 Confine small workplace emergencies
* High Risk Work Licence CV Vehicle Loading Crane
* Wellsite Permit to Work Rev 3 – Permit Holder and Authority
* TLIF3093 - CoR level 2 Implement chain of responsibility regulations
* TLIF3063 – Administer the implementation of fatigue management strategies
* TLID2004 – Load and Unload goods and cargo
* RIIHAN308 – Load and Unload Plant
