About This Role
* You will act as business owner and product manager for the Motor digital sales funnel across Consumer Insurance brands.
* Deliver a seamless, compliant, and customer-centric digital quote and buy experience across mobile, web, and conversational AI channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as Digital Practice Business Owner for Motor Insurance sales experience across Consumer Insurance.
2. Own Motor Sales digital funnel applications ensuring asset health stability and production support.
3. Drive development operational maintenance and growth of digital Motor sales across all channels.
4. Support Home & Motor product teams in achieving business objectives and optimising pricing.
5. Collaborate with technical platform owners for consistency security and quality of customer outcomes.
6. Lead the Digital Motor Sales roadmap aligning initiatives with business and customer objectives.
7. Manage risk as Digital Motor Sales Risk Owner resolving issues proactively.
8. Contribute to Consumer Insurance Operations by advising on optimal digital experience design and innovation.
9. Partner with Customer Service teams to ensure seamless assisted experiences when required.
10. Continuously improve funnel performance to maximise quote completion and strike rates.
