Key Responsibilities Manage a wide range of commercial law and litigation matters successfully; The role encompasses commercial law, business, estates, litigation, etc., depending on experience; Engage in dispute resolution and litigation; Draft correspondence, contracts, applications, affidavits, etc., with excellence; Negotiate outcomes effectively for clients; Brief Counsel for advice, mediations, and trials; Opportunity to work in other practice areas if interested.
Qualifications Experience in a Commercial Law or Litigation role; Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365; Warm, friendly, and professional with a customer service focus; Excellent attention to detail and communication skills; Versatile, proactive approach to team and business goals; Strong interpersonal skills to build robust relationships within a dynamic team.
