RGM Maintenance is looking to appoint a new Parts Interpreter within their Cairns Branch.
Our Branch is a fast‐paced Daimler Trucks Dealership showcasing Mercedes Benz, Freightliner and Fuso, and also works on Defence Vehicles, fuel tankers and more.
You will report to the Parts Manager and work closely with other departments to ensure a steady flow of parts to our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
* Assisting our retail customers with all inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service.
* Managing the flow of parts to our internal workshop while updating workshop controller and service advisors.
* Communicating with external suppliers to source all parts required for repairs.
