We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Southport branch on the Gold Coast. This role is ideal for someone from a trade, wholesale or industrial supply background who enjoys working with customers, supporting a team and developing their leadership career.
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into their first Branch Manager role, or an Assistant Branch Manager, Trade Supervisor or Senior Salesperson looking to take the next step.

About your new role
As Branch Manager, you'll lead a small, close‐knit team in a busy trade wholesale environment where no two days are the same.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team to support customers, drive sales and ensure the branch runs smoothly day to day.
You'll be given the opportunity to run the branch like it's your own business – taking ownership of the team, customer relationships and overall branch performance. From identifying sales opportunities to managing stock, safety and service standards, you'll play a key role in driving the success of the branch.
As the front line for our customers, you'll build strong relationships with local contractors and trade customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the high level of service Kirby is known for.
Working closely with your team and regional leadership, you'll help deliver the branch's sales and margin targets while creating a positive, supportive environment where the team works together to succeed.

* Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, industrial supply or automotive parts wholesale will be highly regarded.
Additional requirements:
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain – company funded)
* Ability to complete pre‐employment medical, drug & alcohol screening and police checks
