Community Adult Mental Health Practitioner Job
As a Community Adult Mental Health Practitioner, you will work in the South West, providing community-based consultation, assessment and treatment to people experiencing serious mental health disorders and problems. This role involves working with consumers and outreach to surrounding local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist comprehensive recovery-orientated mental healthcare service to adults experiencing mental health deterioration and their carers/support people.
* Work independently with minimal supervision, managing your own workload and meeting productivity targets.
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Completion of Postgraduate qualification in mental health.
