We have an exciting opportunity for a **Financial Analyst **to join our** Finance team.**
This role can be based in our Newcastle, Sydney or Melbourne office.
We are also open to considering a part time working arrangement (3 or 4 days) or reduced hours over 5 days.
Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst and working closely with the CFO, this role is essential to monitoring the firm's business sustainability and providing insights into improvements.
Other key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing regular updates and analysis on business performance and ongoing performance management
- Fee earner budget maintenance and reporting
- Cost allocations
- Benchmark reporting
- Developing and supporting client reporting
- Partner performance reporting
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to obtain and interpret confidential information
- Experience in a financial analysis role or management accounting, along with a passion for creating new solutions and working in a flexible fast paced environment.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (including report writing and graphical presentation pack design), and solid project management/organisational skills.
