Key Responsibilities – Care Assistant (Homecare Gurus Ltd)

* Assist clients with personal care tasks – bathing, dressing, grooming.
* Support mobility and transfers safely.
* Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
* Administer medications and monitor health.
* Maintain accurate records and report changes.
* Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
* Follow care plans and support overall care strategy.


Requirements – Care Assistant / Support Worker

* Previous UK experience as a Care Assistant or similar.
* Compassionate, patient, and strong desire to help others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently or in a team.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Relevant training – manual handling, first aid, safeguarding.


Support Worker – Nursing Home (Ipswich)

Key duties include assisting with personal hygiene, daily tasks, encouraging independence, and accurate record keeping.


Qualifications – Senior Care Assistant

* NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
* At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
* Experience with complex needs (e.g., dementia).
* Proficiency in medication administration and care planning.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Understanding of safeguarding principles.


GP Surgery – Healthcare Assistant (London)

* Assist in basic patient care, measuring vitals, phlebotomy, vaccinations.
* Technical procedures and long-term condition reviews.
* Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness and infection control.
* Healthcare promotion – educate patients on health and wellbeing.
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with health & safety policies.
* Support clinical and administrative tasks, data entry, and record keeping.
* Adhere to confidentiality, health & safety and equality & diversity policies.
* Initial and ongoing training in phlebotomy, communication, confidentiality, and quality improvement.


Requirements – GP Surgery Assistant

* 5 GCSEs A‑C including Maths & English.
* Competence in phlebotomy.
* Basic medical terminology and clinical procedures.
* Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities.
* Previous NHS general practice experience.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and undertake training.


Retail – Christmas Customer Assistant (M&S, Chelmsford)

* Provide excellent customer service, manage sales, and maintain store cleanliness.
* Use digital tools such as the Sparks App to enhance the customer experience.
* Work flexibly, supporting various store areas.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
* Adaptability, teamwork, and accountability.
* Apply digital capabilities and promote products effectively.
* Acceptance of flexible working and inclusion policies.
