About the Role – What You'll Be Doing:
As our Assistant Retail Manager, you will work closely with the Retail Manager to keep the heart of our pharmacy beating. Your day will include:
* Delivering A+ Service: Creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every customer.
* Retail Operations: Using your merchandising and stock control skills to keep our store looking world-class.
* Leading & Inspiring: Assisting with staff training, development, and daily supervision to keep the team performing at their best.
* Quality Advice: Providing confident S2/S3 product advice and health solutions.
What We're Looking For – Is This You?
We are looking for a "Retail Rockstar" who is ready for a new challenge. To be successful, you will need:
Pharmacy Experience (Essential): You have a solid background in community pharmacy and understand the unique needs of our industry.
S2/S3 Qualified: You hold your S2/S3 Certificate and are comfortable handling Scheduled Medicines.
Leadership Experience: You have experience as a Supervisor, 2IC, or Assistant Manager (or you are a Senior Assistant who has consistently filled these shoes).
Technical Savvy: Knowledge of POS Works is highly regarded, but not essential.
Big Personality: You are positive, enthusiastic, and bring a "can-do" attitude to the team every single day.
