Job Description Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.

The Successful Applicant
A successful National Sales Manager should have:
Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within FMCG, Packaging, Hospitality or Food distribution sectors
Strong ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple regions
Strategic thinker with excellent commercial acumen
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
