Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic (Defence/Government Focus)
We're looking for a top-tier Refrigeration & A/C Mechanic who takes pride in doing things properly—first time—every time.
A lot of our work is on Defence and Government sites, so we need someone who is:
Fully licensed
Highly experienced
Professional and dependable
A doer with a genuine can-do attitude
Ability to obtain baseline clearance for defence and government work
If you like high standards, clear expectations, and getting the job done without drama, you'll fit in.
The Work
You'll be working on commercial refrigeration and air‐conditioning equipment, installations, fault finding, repairs, preventative maintenance including (but not limited to):
Cool rooms and freezers
Ice machines, fridges and display cases
You will also be required to complete compliance‐style documentation as required on certain sites
We're not looking for someone who only wants the easy jobs. We want someone who can walk onto anything and make progress.

Current Restricted Electrical Licence (or equivalent)
Current Driver's Licence
An Australian citizen able to obtain a police clearance within 30 days of applying
Strong commercial service/maintenance experience
High‐level fault finding and diagnostics across mechanical + electrical systems
Defence/Government site readiness: you must be able to meet site access requirements (professional presentation, reliable paperwork, and the discipline to follow site processes).
