As a Physiotherapist working in Residential Aged Care, you'll become part of something special. You'll help older people stay active, independent, and connected to their communities through our award‑winning Plena Care Pathway – a reablement‑focused model designed to support residents through every phase of their aged care journey.
Clinical Areas
* Mobility and functional assessments
* Restorative therapy
* Falls prevention
* Pressure care
* Pain management
* Active ageing group programs
Whether you're delivering one‑on‑one reablement therapy or collaborating with care staff to develop resident‑centred plans, your work will be purpose‑driven and deeply rewarding

Qualifications & Requirements
* Qualified Physiotherapists with current AHPRA registration.
* Passion for reablement and restoring independence in older people.
* Australian working rights.
* Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check.
* Drivers' licence and willingness to travel around a dedicated region.
