Overview
We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Croudace Bay. The role offers opportunities to work independently and collaboratively, mentor graduates, and contribute to evidence‐based practice in a person‐centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver specialised speech pathology services for clients across the lifespan, with a focus on paediatrics.
* Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and other professionals to plan and implement treatment plans.
* Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to new graduates and students.
* Engage in research initiatives and contribute to clinical governance processes.
* Maintain client records and report outcomes in accordance with service protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology.
* Current registration with the Australian Speech Pathology Association (SPA) or willingness to attain it.
* Current driver's licence.
* Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people with disabilities.
