The Role
Reporting to the General Manager Digital, the Customer Analyst plays a critical role in shaping how customer data is defined, governed and used to drive smarter marketing and stronger customer outcomes across the OTR ecosystem.
This role partners closely with Digital, Marketing, Analytics and IT teams to turn customer data into actionable insights that improve personalisation, engagement and known customer revenue.
You Will Provide
Ownership of customer data strategy, integrity and governance to ensure data is accurate, complete and fit for purposeDevelopment and delivery of customer segmentation and insights to support targeted digital marketing strategiesOngoing analysis of digital campaign performance, translating insights into clear recommendationsEnablement of advanced customer engagement through data events within platforms such as Braze and Eagle EyeDelivery of BI dashboards, reporting and self-service analytics to support data-driven decision makingIdentification and integration of third-party data sources to enhance customer understanding and strategic alignmentRegular communication of insights, trends and opportunities to senior stakeholdersSupport the growth of Known Customer Revenue through analysis of RAMP offers and engagement activity
About You
Tertiary qualification in analytics, data, marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experienceStrong experience working with customer data, segmentation and insight deliveryProven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsExperience working with customer engagement or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Braze, Eagle Eye)Strong commercial mindset with a focus on ROI, growth and customer outcomesAdvanced reporting and BI dashboard experience, with a passion for self-service analyticsNaturally curious, confident influencing stakeholders and comfortable challenging the status quoStrong attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity and quality
