About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will:
* Lead and guide a team of educators within your room
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF
* Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children
* Build strong relationships with families and the local community
* Ensure compliance with the NQS, centre policies, and regulations
* Contribute to continuous improvement and centre quality outcomes
About You
You bring:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Experience in a Lead Educator role or confidence stepping into leadership
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and documentation practices
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A genuine passion for mentoring others and supporting children’s development
