At Diamond Dance, we believe that women have the power to change the world, we just need to build their confidence in themselves to bring their ideas to life.
We help women to feel empowered and see their own potential through pole dancing. With each new trick we teach, we show them they are more capable than they realised. We provide a supportive environment to challenge our students, celebrate their improvements and success and help them connect to each other.
We are looking for an exceptional lady to manage our studio in Joondalup. In this role you will be dedicated to ensuring that the studio runs smoothly and infuse sparkle into everything.
We seek a friendly, highly organised wonder woman who is passionate about creating a space where women can sparkle and create lasting friendships.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
· Manage bookings, emails and the phone.
· Attend to all enquiries and guide them through becoming a student with us.
· Manage the social media accounts, including creating content, posts and scheduling.
· Support the instructor team.
· Organise a variety of events from casual coffee catch ups to our annual state-wide competition.
· Assist students with bookings, memberships and purchases.
· Maintain stock levels for all supplies and products.

· You have a keen sense of initiative, you anticipate something and take action
· Can work on your own.
THE ESSENTIALS
· A Canva pro
· Experience in creating social media posts such as reels, carousels and using a scheduling tool.
· Familiar with the Office suite and Google equivalent (we love spreadsheets).
· Passionate about sales and customer service.
· Hours of work: Week nights 4 – 9pm and Saturday's 8 – 1pm
· First Aid certificate.
