This is a hands on role where you’ll own our brand and marketing activities, combining creativity, data and compliance to deliver well designed campaigns. The Role: The Acquisition Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing an integrated approach to our brand and marketing activities to drive the growth and retention of our member base, including: Brand awareness and management Marketing strategy execution across owned, earned and paid channels Digital lead management Support internal and external communications Support the direct marketing strategy (acquisition, retention and service messaging) Support our digital banking experience. About You To be successful in the role you will demonstrate the below key attributes and experience: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related discipline. Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
