MPC Kinetic is seeking a full time, permanent Administrator to join our team based in Wellcamp. Reporting into the Administration Manager‐WES, the successful candidate will have a proactive and reliable work ethic accompanied by a commitment towards constantly improving their skills and our business processes. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly personality will see you excel in this position! You will assist with a range of duties including:
* Processing Accounts Payable
* Entering and processing Accounts Receivable
* Reconcile staff expenses
* Provide general administration support to various business units
* Assist with ordering office supplies
* Assist with processing of timesheets for payroll
* Assist with catering for functions
* Assist Procurement team with Goods Receipting
* Data Entry
* Assist with basic coordination and administration of travel arrangements
* Provide administrative assistance with contract documentation, including support during review processes
* Identifying improvements to business processes to enact efficient systematic workflows
Desired Skills and Experience

* Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
* A down-to-earth and approachable manner
* Well‐presented and professional demeanour
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively without close supervision and to be accountable for own performance
