We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join a commercial builder in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage procurement, prepare and issue subcontracts
* Track and forecast budgets, and report on costs
* Administer head contracts, variations, and progress claims
* Support project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
* Engage with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
* Contribute to a culture of accountability, quality, and teamwork
Requirements:
* Experience as a CA in commercial construction
* Solid knowledge of contracts, cost control, and procurement
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, team-first attitude with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with the delivery team
