Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Associate Adviser.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting Lead Advisers in developing and implementing client advice and strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client files, documenting advice, maintaining compliance records, and implementing client strategies.
You will also be responsible for attending Annual Strategic Review meetings with clients, producing Statements of Advice (SoAs), and developing complex financial strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with clients and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Client Management:
o Developing and implementing client advice and strategy in conjunction with Lead Advisers.
o Managing client files, documenting advice, and maintaining compliance records.
o Implementing client strategies, including application form preparation, liaison with clients, and insurance underwriting processes.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
o Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Financial Planning and Analysis:
o Developing complex financial strategies for new and existing clients, including Statement of Advice (SoA) production.
o Assisting Lead Advisers in ensuring ethical and compliant conduct throughout the advice process.
* Administrative Tasks:
o Undertaking administrative tasks to support Lead Advisers and the business, including workload management and client review management.
Requirements
* Qualifications:
o Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as finance, accounting, or law.
* Experience:
o Minimum 3 years' experience in a financial services role, preferably in a similar position.
* Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop creative solutions.
o Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
