Casual Disability Support Worker Community Access
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate and reliable disability support workers to join our community access casual pool. This role offers flexibility across small shifts while supporting individuals with disabilities to live meaningful, independent and connected lives.
Provide person-centred support to participants in the community, assist with daily living skills, recreational and social activities, uphold participants' rights, independence and dignity, work flexibly across different shifts, deliver support in line with NDIS Quality & Safety Framework, maintain accurate and timely documentation of support provided, participate in regular meetings, training and development opportunities.
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services or a related field (or willingness to obtain).
* Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (NDIS endorsed).
* Current National Police Check (within the last six months).
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Administration of Medication Certificate.
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'.
