Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting leads into sales.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in software/SaaS sales and be a consultative seller who genuinely cares about customers and their requirements.
Main responsibilities include:
* Following up on inbound leads and enquiries to convert sales
* Conversations with prospects to understand their needs and how you can assist them
* Presentation of product demonstrations
* Ensuring all communication is stored in the CRM system
* Gathering customer feedback to support the development of new features for our apps
* Full responsibility for managing opportunities and closing deals
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a SAAS company
* NetSuite experience would be beneficial
* A background in accountancy or good knowledge of financial processes would be an advantage
* A positive and client-centric attitude to support clients undergoing complex change projects, with the ability to address their needs
* Commitment to continually improving service delivery and internal processes
* Ability to travel to trade shows and conferences
