Job Purpose
Achieve territory targets by growing the Out of Home (OOH) customer base through new business and competitor hitlists, increasing distribution and winning in independent P&C through compliance gains and ensuring that accounts return an ROI through assets, discounts and promotions. This is a field role based in the South Australia Metro area.
Key Responsibilities
* Net customer base to be maintained and new business leads identified, recorded and visited.
* Sales opportunity for all OOH brands to be maximised in each customer.
* Achievement of NPD and core range distribution targets.
* Implementation of agreed monthly targets.
* New product distribution and speed to shelf.
* Deliver merchandise excellence within their geographic area.
* Return on investment criteria to be met for discounts and capital.
* Build and maintain customer and CSR relationships.
* Participate and comply in all approved company OH&S programmes.
* Ensure all data is maintained and updated via CRM system.
