An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced and polished professional to join a leading real estate agency in a pivotal Operations Associate position. This position offers the chance to work directly alongside the General Manager, supporting the growth and success of a high-performing, fast-expanding business.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role within a progressive real estate group known for excellence and innovation. You'll work closely with senior leadership to streamline operations, manage key projects, and help drive the business forward. Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive operational and administrative support to the General Manager
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff engagement initiatives
Roll out new systems, technology, and business processes
Conduct research and manage special projects to improve performance
Liaise across multiple offices – Mosman, Gladesville, and Wahroonga
Support the leadership team with business planning and execution
About You
Real estate industry experience is essential– background in operations, administration, or executive support preferred
Confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Tech-savvy, with experience implementing systems and driving improvements
