The Opportunity

As a Senior Portfolio Advisor, you will work closely with engaged clients to deliver tailored, long‐term property investment strategies. This is a pure advisory role with no cold prospecting. You will focus on meaningful client relationships, strategic guidance, and ongoing portfolio optimisation. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior advisors, helping to lift overall team capability while managing your own portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead client discovery sessions and develop tailored investment strategies
* Provide strategic advice across acquisition, structuring, and long‐term planning
* Support and mentor junior advisors to improve strategy quality
* Drive client retention, referrals, and repeat business
* Maintain high standards across compliance, documentation, and delivery

About You

You are a commercially minded, client‐focused professional with a genuine interest in property, investment, wealth creation and delivering high‐quality advice.

* Experience in property or wealth advisory is highly regarded, but not essential
* Background in consultative sales, particularly with high‐value clients or complex solutions
* Strong ability to build trust and provide strategic, long‐term guidance
* Proven experience managing premium client relationships
* Process‐driven with strong attention to detail and accountability
* Interest in property investment, either professionally or personally

Candidates from financial planning, property, or high‐level B2B consultative sales environments will be well suited to this role.
