Responsibilities
* Provide structural design support across the full project lifecycle for utility or renewable energy projects to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely outcomes.
* Interpret and implement design information provided by Primary, Civil and Structural Design Engineers and the Design Manager.
* Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure designs are practical and constructible and refined through real-world feedback.
* Contribute to the design and delivery of projects shaping Australia's renewable energy future, including HV substations, wind farms and battery storage systems.
Qualifications
* Previous structural design/drafting experience in the utility or renewable energy industry.
* Sound knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
* Ability to interpret and implement design information from engineers and design managers.
* Tertiary studies are favourable but not essential.
