Drive Business Growth
This is a national role working with the Client & Market Growth team to drive business development and marketing strategy.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in business development, strategic planning, and client account management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the industry strategic plan in alignment with firm strategy
* Work closely with stakeholders to unlock profitable growth for our business and clients
* Subject Matter Expert (SME) with presence in and deep understanding of the industry
* Coach partners and lawyers with strategic business development advice
* Drive client conversations to ensure client intelligence is maintained, relationships are nurtured, and service excellence is upheld
About You:
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related discipline
* 7+ years' experience in business development, or equivalent work experience
* Proven ability in strategic planning and client account management to deliver commercial outcomes
