The key objective of this position is to support the execution of the Hotels Digital Marketing and E-commerce strategy including but not limited to content updates, social media management and email marketing. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing you will be responsible for supporting our hotels and restaurants with the role based in Hobart.
You will :
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build digital connections with consumers
Execute and monitor our brand's presence on social media channels including end of month reporting
Launch online ad campaigns on digital channels to increase brand awareness
Be actively involved in SEO & SEM efforts via Accors digital agencies
In-house design work as required
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools
Assist with media and social media influencer collaborations
Assist with hotel and restaurant photo and video shoots
Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and technologies
Qualifications :
Bachelor or tertiary qualified hospitality professional with at least 2 years experience in either Hotel operations or a Marketing and Communications role
Be able to demonstrate sound understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
Experience with SEO copy writing and building content on CMS such as Wordpress or AEM
Experience with EDM systems and data segmentation
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Design software experience preferred Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, InDesign
Proficient in digital marketing tools & reporting platforms (i.e. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends
