This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a busy production environment.
You will be involved in the daily production of our full range of breads, rolls, savoury items, and sweet products.
What We're Looking For
We want someone who is:
Passionate about baking and quality craftsmanship
Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced bakery
A strong team player with great communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
Available for early morning starts and weekend shifts when required
Qualifications & Experience
Qualified Baker (Certificate III in Baking or equivalent)
Commercial baking experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Mixing, moulding, baking and producing all core Bakers Delight products
Production of bread, rolls, buns, savoury items and finishing of baked goods
Packing wholesale and customer orders
Completing preparation tasks for next-day production
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
Supporting production planning and workflow where required
