Due to our growing reputation, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced & self-motivated Credit Analyst to bring their enthusiasm, energy and passion to our industry leading team.. The Role You will be an integral part of the Addisons Group, acting as the go-between our clients and the banks. Duties Complete income assessment for PAYG and self-employed applicants Complete serviceability assessments & pricing Assess existing commitments Confirm bank/product suitability Complete and send credit proposal documents Confirm all supporting information is to hand before submission Update Mercury (CRM) with all relevant information Submit lenders applications including any relevant supporting notes Facilitate rapid approvals with the banks Work alongside the finance director General admin - phones/emails/client files and transactions Liaising with other credit analysts in your team What you will need to succeed: Minimum 5 years mortgage lending/credit process preferred Strong understanding of the residential mortgage process Ability to build strong relationships with business partners Awareness of relevant legislation and industry standards Vision with ability to see the big picture Demonstrable negotiation and stakeholder management experience A polished and professional personal presentation Demonstrated customer service and organisation skills Strong attention to detail with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude!
