Your superior executive support and management to the Office of the CEO will determine the smooth operations of your team and relevant stakeholders. ABOUT THE POSITION. A permanent opportunity for a start ASAP. You will bring previous EA experience in a complex & dynamic environment and have demonstrated expertise within C-Suite stakeholder engagement. A strong track record of handling sensitive/confidential information is a must, and you leadership/problem-solving skills will be crucial for the success in your role. Due to the nature of the role, you will be based in the office full-time. DUTIES. Provide comprehensive administrative and organisation support to the CEO Manage the CEO's meetings, appointments, travel arrangements & competing priorities Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including drafting responses on behalf of the CEO Act as the key point of contact for internal/external stakeholders Oversee efficient operation of the CEO's office, including managing systems, workflows and records, handling sensitive information with confidentiality SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Previous EA experience for a senior executive Exceptional multi-tasking, problem-solving, leadership, change management, administrative and customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders - including Directors, the Mayor, Councillors, Members of Parliament and government departments Understanding and/or experience with Government (highly regarded) REMUNERATION. $110,000 - $130,000 Superannuation CULTURE.
