We're looking for dedicated Case Managers and Family Support Workers who can combine their passion, knowledge, and experience to provide life-changing support.
Positions are available in Cootamundra and Young NSW
We're looking for passionate and driven people to join this valuable new service designed to reach and support communities. These positions will deliver intensive, specialised support across Cootamundra and Hilltops region with a strong focus on engaging women and children who face mental health challenges or are a victim-survivor of Family and Domestic Violence.
We are keen to talk with people who have an interest in the below positions:
* Family Support Worker - Provision of targeted support of a specialised nature to vulnerable families to ensure that children are healthy and safe and families provide safe, nurturing environments. This position will provide outreach services as directed by the Program Manager.
* Case Manager– deliver client-centered support through comprehensive case coordination, case management and counselling services. This role involves undertaking a broad range of activities that may require the use of initiative, sound judgment, and the application of specialist Domestic and Family Violence knowledge and skills.
