As a front-of-house customer service representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing book-ins for repair jobs and faulty items.
Your friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills will be essential as you greet customers, assess their needs, and provide them with personalised support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide solutions to customers on desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other computer peripherals
- Manage book-ins for repair jobs and faulty items to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process returns and faulty products correctly, coordinating repairs, replacements, or credits as needed
- Liaise with suppliers and repair agents to ensure prompt repairs or replacements for customers
- Undertake cashiering and sales duties as required
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to address customer queries and concerns in a timely manner
**Requirements**:
- Basic technical understanding of computers and computer products
- Excellent customer service skills
- Retail experience is desirable
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays is preferred
