About This Role
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing assessment and nursing care to patients in accordance with Physician's orders.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to supporting our facility's goals of providing each patient with a positive experience while receiving quality care.
Key Responsibilities
* Observe and adhere to facility policies and procedures
* Prepare patients for planned procedures
* Obtain medical history, including medications, allergies, and reactions
* Carry out Physician's orders
* Monitor vital signs and symptoms requiring further evaluation and treatment
Qualifications
* High school graduate or equivalent
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Active RN license in the state where work will be conducted
* BLS and ACLS certification
* Current Pre-op/PACU experience within the past 2 years
