We are excited to welcome an Accounts Payable Officer to our friendly and team-oriented finance team based out of our Hamilton office. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, this role will process supplier invoices through our automated AP system, including supporting vendor setup and bank detail verification. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process supplier invoices and route them for approval
- Assist with vendor setup and bank detail verification
- Support weekly payment runs and maintain vendor records
- Respond to queries and help resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative or finance role, including accounts payable, office coordination, or invoice processing
- A keen eye for detail and effective time management
- A calm and confident approach to resolving issues
- Openness to learning, feedback, and being an active part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with invoicing systems is a plus, but training will be provided
