This role supports a diverse range of customers across Australia who require support with their journey back to meaningful employment across our Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services contract (moving to the new name of Inclusive Employment Australia later this year)Some tasks as part of this role include:Working in a fast-paced environment with the skill to multi-task across various systems and screens whilst maintaining telephone contactUnderstanding and working to complex administrative procedures and contractual guidelinesEngage effectively with diverse customers who require support with sensitive and emotional mattersRelaying information to a diverse range of customersUndertaking administration tasksAbout Us AimBig Employment is part of the Arriba Group.
