Our client is a dynamic agency where you'll play a key role in developing and managing search, social strategies, and SEO for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize search and social strategies. You will make real‐time adjustments to keywords, bids, and targeting based on performance data.
* Performance Analysis: Independently produce reports with valuable insights from platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Analytics. You'll analyze conversion paths and connect campaign performance to business outcomes.
* Client Communication: Lead client meetings and maintain regular check‐ins. You will provide proactive recommendations and document all client interactions for transparency.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the team to identify inefficient processes and suggest workflow improvements. You'll also share your platform expertise and technical concepts with the team.
* Budget Management: Monitor daily and weekly spend rates, track spend against monthly budgets, and communicate any budget issues.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Proven ability to develop, manage, and understand search and social strategies. You should be able to independently produce reports and pull data from multiple platforms.
* Accountability: You're someone who is accountable, takes ownership, and is committed to your work.
* Proactive & Collaborative: You can identify opportunities for improvement, share new developments with the team, and assist in tasks outside your role when needed.
* Communication Skills: You are able to write clear, professional emails, give productive feedback, and communicate strategies with an educational focus for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to red flag issues within two hours or elevate to your team leader.
* Complete all contracted deliverables and meet project deadlines.
