Support Services Executive
This is a highly confidential and responsive position within the Office of the CEO, providing professional support services.
The role includes extensive diary management, daily planning, and inbox management involving confidential issues relating to budgets, staff, and executive management. Regular liaison will be required with internal and external clients, Board Members, Government Ministers, and representatives to draft, review and manage board, ELT, and Committee reports, documents, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
* Provide high-level support services and advice to the Chief Executive Officer and Board members.
* Anticipate and organise the daily workflow of business to and from the CEO, including complex inbox management by screening and prioritising emails; actioning and responding to correspondence on behalf of the CEO as delegated.
* Maintain effective time management practices by planning and prioritising workloads, arranging and co-ordinating meetings, and managing appointments.
* Draft, review and manage complex ministerial briefs, board and ELT reports, presentations, agendas, documents, and correspondence to meet tight timeframes ensuring high quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
