We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sessional Trainer with a background in disability services to inspire and upskill the next generation of care professionals.
As a trainer,you'llshare your knowledge, bring industry practice to life, and help learners deepen theirexpertisetomake a real differencein their communities. Availability is required for day and evening sessions, delivered online and face to face, including travel to Hobart and Launceston.

What you'll do
As a Sessional Trainer, you will empower learners to expand their skills and knowledge in thedisabilitysector. In this role, you will:
Deliver the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) via face-to-face and online modes.
Support learners from diverse backgrounds, including thosenew to the industryand existing care professionals.
Share real-world insights from your professional experience to create an engaging, relevant, and practical learning environment.
Collaborate withour training teams to continuously enhance course delivery and learner experience.
What you'll bring
Formal industry qualification in individual support or disability.
* Recent proven experience in the disability sector.
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment(or equivalent).
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a genuine passion for professional development and lifelong learning.
Confidence in delivering engagingface-to-face andonline sessions and managing digital learning tools effectively.
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
