The Role We are seeking a seasoned Senior Level 3 Support Engineer with experience in the MSP industry to join our dedicated team. This critical role involves providing advanced technical support and problem resolution for our clients' IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.You will be a pivotal point for complex technical challenges, acting as an escalation point for our Level 1 and 2 teams, and engaging directly with clients both remotely and on-site. Your Profile You have a proven track record in delivering high-level desktop and infrastructure support. You thrive in a fast-paced MSP setting, are adept at managing multiple priorities, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills, translating complex technical issues into clear solutions for clients. Key Expertise & Responsibilities Advanced Troubleshooting & Hardware Diagnostics: Expertly diagnose and resolve complex hardware faults spanning end-user devices (workstations, laptops, peripherals) to server hardware components. Network & Connectivity Mastery: Proficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues across various network layers, including Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs), and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). Windows Server Environments: Strong command of server operating systems, specifically Microsoft Windows Server 2022, 2019, and 2016, including virtualized environments like Microsoft Hyper-V. Endpoint OS Management: Comprehensive support for Microsoft Windows 11, 10, and legacy Windows 7 operating systems. Microsoft 365 Administration: Solid experience in general administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. M365 Security & Compliance: Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft 365 security administration, including identity management (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and a thorough understanding of integrating and maintaining ISO 27001 compliance standards within the M365 ecosystem. Client Engagement & Documentation: Provide exceptional client-facing support, maintain clear technical documentation, and contribute to knowledge base articles. Advantageous experience Proficiency in Apple macOS or Linux environments. Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) based phone systems. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server environments.
