Project Manager - Proposals Role
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end proposal development and submission process, including interpreting RFPs, coordinating RFIs, developing solutions, SOWs, bid analysis, and strategic planning. This role requires stakeholder engagement at all levels and managing the proposal process under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage proposal development and submission processes.
* Analyze tender/RFP requirements and develop proposal strategies.
* Lead and review proposal elements for quality and completeness.
* Develop detailed project execution packages for awarded proposals.
* Support and manage project execution as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Undergraduate degree in Business, Management, or Project Management.
This position plays an integral role in managing infrastructure configuration, construction, and project management in a diverse and complex environment. The successful candidate will work with the Project Development and EPIC teams to develop clear, robust proposal solutions and execution packages that align with corporate goals, customer expectations, and policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of proposal and project management processes, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe suites, and document management experience. Experience in proposal/bid development, proposal planning, schedule development and management, construction project management and estimation, and SharePoint and MS Project are highly desirable.
