Talent International are currently recruiting for an Program Manager to work for an Australian Federal Government Client based in Canberra, Brisbane or Geelong.
This position is an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended and are paying competitive market rates.
**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:
- Planning, procuring, implementing and monitoring the Client's capital works program.
- Ensuring the capital works program is conducted in accordance with relevant legislation, standards and associated fit-out guidance and accessibility practices.
- Ensuring that the capital works program is managed within budget and any probity, procurement and due diligence guidelines.
- Providing oversight and guidance on program governance including the development of project plans and the ongoing identification of risks and treatment options.
- Managing competing priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
**About you?**
- Experience within State or Federal Government highly regarded
- Experience overseeing a construction program
- A positive attitude towards disability
- A Project management background including monitoring and overseeing end-to-end capital works, including planning, design, approvals, procurement, construction and handover
- You must be an **Australian Citizen** to work for this Client
