Responsibilities
* Work with the founders to plan, shoot, edit, and manage content across TikTok and Instagram, focusing on performance‐driven marketing.
* Create TikTok, Reels, and ad content using CapCut, InShot, and other tools, ensuring content converts into customers.
* Develop creative strategy and execute ideas quickly and confidently on camera.
* Travel for work‐related trips such as business events, community events, camping or beach days, and other outdoor activities.
* Contribute to business, marketing, and brand building strategy while learning how to run and scale a fast‐growing eCommerce brand.
Qualifications
* Proven experience with TikTok, Reels, and ad content creation.
* Strong editing and creative strategy skills.
* Comfortable in front of camera.
* Knowledge of tools like CapCut and InShot.
* Love for outdoors: camping, beach days or road trips.
* Detail‐oriented and able to take ownership of work.
