About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong program management and event management skills, with expertise in program delivery and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
* Project manage new and existing judicial education and training programs
* Work with program planning committees to determine program plans, locations, timing and budgets
* Perform the role of secretary for program committees: prepare meeting agendas in consultation with the committee chair, prepare minutes and manage correspondence
* Support the planning committee in identifying, engaging and evaluating presenters
* Facilitate development of session objectives for presenters and programs
* Facilitate development of content and presentation material by presenters (Power Points, rolling fact scenarios, papers for publication)
* Prepare program outline, session plans and participant material
* Prepare and manage program budgets and report on judicial learning outcomes
* Prepare program reports for the Programs Advisory Committee
* Attend programs and manage on-site delivery, supporting presenters and attendees

Requirements
* University degree in a relevant field such as LLB
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management;
* Proficient computer skills including Salesforce (or equivalent database skills), accounting software (such as Xero), WordPress, Canva and Office 365;
* Will be able to travel nationally for work.
